hiring a Logistics Manager for a growing home and lifestyle brand.
You will manage US fulfillment, international shipments, inventory
planning, returns, and logistics costs across multiple
manufacturers, warehouses, carriers, and 3PL partners. Your first
priorities will be reducing overstock and understock, identifying
operational bottlenecks, and creating a clear analysis of inbound
and overall logistics costs. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple
shipments from different manufacturers to different warehouses
while maintaining accurate documentation and timelines. Oversee US
fulfillment for parcel, oversized parcel, and residential
deliveries across multiple warehouses and 3PL partners. Coordinate
FCL and LCL shipments under EXW, FOB, and DDP shipping terms. Work
with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers,
ports, warehouses, and internal teams. Prepare, review, and
maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, HTS
or HS codes, and customs documentation. Coordinate customs duties,
port-to-warehouse delivery, container planning, inbound
appointments, and shipment tracking. Manage returns, damaged or
lost shipments, replacements, carrier claims, and related inventory
adjustments. Analyze stock levels, forecasts, reorder points,
inbound quantities, and warehouse allocation to reduce overstock
