Shift Supervisor . Youll manage shift operations, mentor a
high-performing team, and oversee live broadcast standards in one
of Latin Americas fastest-growing gaming hubs. What You'll Do Lead
and schedule teams of operators and presenters to ensure smooth,
24/7 live broadcast operations. Monitor staff attendance, breaks,
rotations, and shift handovers to maintain optimal staffing levels
and performance. Foster positive relationships with internal and
external stakeholders-team members, players, and clients. Enforce
company standards, procedures, and game policies to ensure
compliance and quality output. Conduct performance reviews, provide
coaching and feedback, and support professional development of your
team. Collaborate with production, ops, and technical teams to
analyse performance data, identify improvements, and implement best
practices. Who You Are Minimum 1 year of supervisory or




shift-management experience in live entertainment, gaming or
operations. Strong communicator in English (C1 level) with ability
to operate in a fast-paced live broadcast environment. Excellent
organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, teams
and shifts with precision and resilience. Tech-savvy; comfortable
working with live-production platforms, office applications and
shift-tracking tools. A proactive leader with strong
decision-making skills, drive, and a collaborative mindset. Why
