At Publicis General Delivery (PGD), we're looking for a Senior Media Buying Specialist to join our global Media team.

If you have strong experience in media buying, enjoy negotiating with media vendors, managing budgets, and optimizing investments to maximize ROI, this is an opportunity to work with global brands and international teams.

You'll play a key role in executing media buys, managing investments, and ensuring budgets are effectively allocated across media channels.

We're looking for professionals with:
- 3+ years of experience in Media Buying / Investment.
- Hands-on experience in the direct purchase of advertising media.
- Strong experience in traditional media buying, especially TV.
- Experience managing media budgets and monitoring investment performance.
- Direct experience negotiating with media vendors and suppliers.
- Understanding of both traditional and digital media environments.
- Strong Excel skills for budget tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.




- Ability to evaluate media investment and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do
- Execute and manage end-to-end media buying activities across traditional and digital channels.
- Manage media budgets, ensuring accurate allocation, tracking, and investment control.
- Negotiate directly with media vendors and partners to secure optimal rates and placements.
- Execute the purchase of advertising spaces, with a strong focus on traditional media such as TV.
- Monitor media investment and identify opportunities to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Analyze numerical and performance data to support media investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate budget tracking and reporting using Excel.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure media strategies are executed effectively.
