What will be your impact?

As a Global HRIS Specialist, you will help drive HR technology excellence by:
- Managing, maintaining, and optimizing global HRIS platforms.
- Supporting system configurations, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR data.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinating integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
- Providing functional support and guidance to global stakeholders and end users.
- Leading HR process automation and system enhancement projects.
- Contributing to global HR technology and digital transformation initiatives.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems,



Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Project management experience is highly valued.
- Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency is required.
- Experience working in multinational or global organizations.
- Knowledge of HR technology best practices and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
