We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Video Producer & Editor specialized in creating premium, performance-driven video ads using generative AI.

The adecuado candidate should be able to handle the full production workflow: AI video generation, image-to-video, character consistency, product integration, AI UGC, B-roll generation, voice/lip-sync, editing, sound design, motion graphics, captions, and final ad delivery.

This role is primarily focused on producing high-quality video creatives for paid social advertising, especially Meta Ads.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio of AI-generated video ads
- Proven experience producing high-end commercial or performance marketing creatives
- Advanced experience with leading AI video generation tools
- Strong video editing and post-production skills




- Ability to create realistic, polished, non-generic AI visuals
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, direct-response advertising, and social-first creative
- Ability to reproduce references and maintain visual consistency across multiple scenes
- Experience creating AI UGC, cinematic ads, product-focused ads, and native social content
