Job Description

Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas.

Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will focus on strengthening agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving student enrollments,



and supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives.

As a Junior Account Representative, key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieving individual targets, both market-based and for specific relationships, to make a significant contribution towards the success of the region.
- Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner product knowledge and conversion performance.
- Represent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences, agent workshops, recruitment fairs, and student-facing events.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Organizing presentations for the new business prospects.
- Travelling to strategically important cities in the Americas with agents' presence or strong business potential.
