Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is looking for a talented Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín.

About the Role:

This position supports our Marketing Director and Business Development Director with day-to-day marketing activities, content creation, social media, research, events, and business development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, format, and publish marketing content, including articles, website content, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Manage content calendars and assist with LinkedIn posts.
- Support email marketing, SEO, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads and follow-up activities.
- Research prospective clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, events, videos, and webinars.
- Track marketing results and prepare reports.
- Use AI tools to support content creation and research.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a comparable support role.
- English proficiency at the C1 level or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, research, and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems, SEO, and AI tools is preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm or other professional-services environment is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín. The working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
