About the Role:
The Appointment Setter & Lead Qualification Specialist will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and scheduling consultations with the company's leadership team. This is a client-facing position requiring outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a consultative mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in relationship-driven conversations, maintain consistent follow-up over extended periods, and create a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through the appointment booking process.
