About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions. The adecuado candidate will have strong hands‑on experience across SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, finance integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live activities, along with a solid understanding of Colombian statutory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with Finance, Controlling, Tax, and business stakeholders.
- Design and configure SAP FI processes covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Design and validate end‑to‑end integrations between FI/CO and MM, SD, PP, and third‑party systems.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams throughout development,



testing, and transport cycles.
- Lead data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration of master and transactional data.
- Work with migration technologies such as LSMW, BDC, DTM, IDocs, and modern ETL approaches.
- Lead unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT activities.
- Prepare test plans, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Support cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
- Ensure SAP Finance solutions comply with Colombian statutory, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Provide expertise in VAT, withholding tax, e‑invoicing, and DIAN compliance.
