What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents, flows, and automations that solve real business needs.
- Develop and enhance AI solutions using platforms such as the Azure SDK, LiteLLM, and other developer tools.
- Integrate AI tools and business systems, including SharePoint, Excel,



databases, APIs, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with teams across the firm to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure AI and automations are accurate, secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Document processes, workflows, and solutions so they can be reused, supported, and continuously improved.
- Support the adoption of new AI and automation tools across design, delivery, and corporate teams.
- Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend opportunities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automations as the firm’s AI capabilities continue to grow.

What you'll need to know:
- Approximately 2-6 years of experience in AI automation, workflow design, process automation, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem, LiteLLM, ChatGPT Codex, Claude Co
