Patagonia is seeking a Manager, Repairs in Reno, NV to lead two shifts across Processing, Trims, Prep, Sewing, Shipping, and Waders. You will guide Sr. Supervisors, manage labor planning, and partner with People & Culture on employee relations and leave management.
You’ll own productivity metrics, develop leaders, and present analyses to senior leadership while driving adoption of new systems and processes to meet customer needs.
