We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll MASTER to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of payroll while managing and coordinating payroll processes with a specific focus on payroll for the USA and/or Canada. Your strong numerical analysis skills and keen eye for detail will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of all calculations, reports, and financial compliance.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee high-volume payroll processing for all company branches, ensuring accuracy in wages, bonuses, deductions, and withholdings.
- Coordinate and validate payments, direct deposits, and other forms of compensation.




- Oversee and validate payroll-related reports, including tax filings, financial statements, and reports for internal and external audits.
- Manage year-end payroll activities (W-2, 1099, T-4, T-4A, RL-1, ROE)
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international labor and tax regulations.
- Design, document, and implement improvements to payroll processes and internal controls.
- Act as the escalation point for the resolution of complex payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Provide comprehensive support on payroll matters related to onboarding, termination, and benefits of administration.
- Prepare and validate reports on union dues and garnishments.
- Reconciliation Benefits Invoices.
- Manages the full payroll cycle. (Payroll processing, data validation, benefits administration, Record of employment, employee onboarding, etc.)
