Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Energy Industries Division in Colombia (LATAM Region). Main stakeholders include International Oil Companies (IOCs), EPC contractors, private energy firms, and key accounts in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, Water & Wastewater sectors,



and emerging renewable energy markets.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating, planning, and implementing the sales and marketing mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
- Leading the definition of assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model), with focus on customer relationship management, installed base protection, and new business development.
- Overseeing assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed sales market price levels, evaluating pricing impact on results with cross-functional teams. Ensuring compliance with ABB's escalation and approval processes.
- Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance through Salesforce (SFDC) and other analytics platforms.
