You will coordinate three workstreams: a consolidated Level 1 service desk, Level 2 specialists across six portfolios, and minor enhancements, interfacing with Level 3 engineering, product, and platform teams.
You are the escalation path above the Project Manager, responsible for client relationships from executive sponsor to business units, and for engagement
