Beckett Simonon is a premium DTC footwear brand built on a made-to-order model, manufactured in Colombia and sold in the US.

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Buyer who combines strong hands-on execution with strategic thinking. You will own campaigns end-to-end, make data-driven decisions independently, and be the person in Ads Manager every day, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and taking direct ownership of results.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution and Ownership
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, with full ownership of a $10M USD annual budget
- Define campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding logic, and creative rotation across all channels
- Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions, identifying opportunities and addressing issues before they esc
- Diagnose campaign performance across all variables: structure, targeting, creative, landing page alignment, and tracking

Budget Forecasting and Guardrails




- Build monthly spend and revenue projections and adjust budget allocation in real time based on performance signals
- Optimize against MER and NCPA targets, with a clear understanding of how media efficiency connects to overall business profitability
- Scale confidently where the numbers support it and pull back quickly where they don't

Incrementality and Testing
- Design and run incrementality experiments, including geo-lift tests, holdout groups, and platform-level lift studies
- Bring a structured approach to A/B testing: hypothesis-driven, measured with statistical rigor, and documented systematically so learnings compound over time
- Work with TripleWhale or Northbeam to understand the difference between platform-reported attribution and true incremental impact, and make budget decisions accordingly
- Work closely with our internal creative team to develop compelling ad concepts and testing strategies
- Bring angles, hooks, and references to every cre
