Responsabilidades del cargo:
Responsable de asegurar la entrega efectiva, productivo y segura de los servicios, proyectos y soluciones tecnológicas, garantizando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio, los estándares globales d, la normativa y los requisitos regulatorios locales.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sistem Engineering, computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in project management, technology, Digital transformation or related areas is preferred.
- Advanced level of English (mandatory).
- More than 8 years of experience as IT Service Delivery Manager and projects, preferably within local and regional environments.
- Proven experience leading global or regional programs with multiple stakeholders in a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing innovative technology solutions, AI solutions and managing digital transformation initiatives.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
