FullStack seeks a hands-on Delivery Manager to own enterprise support for a general agricultural science client’s R&D; IT organization. You will manage a three-stream support model including Level 1/Level 2 operations and a backlog of minor enhancements, interfacing with internal and client teams across the US and Colombia.
You’ll own client relationships from sponsor to business unit managers, control staffing, coverage, and performance, and drive service delivery within a fixed-fee framework,
