We’re Hiring: Market Research Associate for our client (Global Market Research Company)
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Hours: Eight-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Our client is a integral market research and data-solutions company that helps organizations make informed decisions through reliable data collection and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone interviews and market research surveys
- Recruit and schedule participants for research studies
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate research data
- Engage professionally with global industry experts and stakeholders
- Track daily calls, completed surveys, and project progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time

Requirements:




- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- Good research, data-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with international participants across different time zones
- Previous experience in market research, customer service, recruitment, or telephone interviewing is preferred
- Must be a Graduate
- Freshers and less than 3 years of experience as this is an Entry level role
