Vital Virtuals General HR is looking for a reliable and motivated Medical VA to join our team
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and assist patients
- Verify insurance & update patient information
- Manage referrals, faxes & medical records
- Explain insurance benefits
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Handle administrative & data-entry tasks
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
Compensation
$5/hour – First 90 days
$6/hour – After 90 days
Biweekly Pay | Wise
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Medical Receptionist/VA Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication & phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- EHR/EMR experience is a plus
- Reliable computer & internet connection
- Willing to use Time Doctor & a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
