As Technical Support Analyst your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through each stage of integration, certification, and production, offering personalized support and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage and prioritize requests efficiently, ensuring that both internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges quickly and effectively, acting as a key point of contact between clients and the technical team.
- Drive continuous improvement, proposing enhancements to processes, workflows, and documentation that make integration smoother and faster.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and tools, applying your knowledge to improve service delivery and technical support.

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:
- Technician, Technologist, or final-year student in a tech-related field or software development.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a passion for providing top-quality support.
- Basic knowledge of software development, and experience with REST and SOAP API services.
