Seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand & Communications team. This role partners closely with the Senior Brand Manager to bring marketing campaigns, office-level materials, and corporate brand initiatives to life across a multi-location healthcare organization. This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment, enjoys balancing multiple brands and priorities, and can translate strategy into clean, on-brand creative across both print and digital channels. You’ll design enterprise-level templates while also creating location-specific materials, supporting brand consistency, performance, and local identity across 160+ supported dental practices.

We support locally owned dental practices while preserving what makes each one unique. Our brand and marketing team plays a key role in telling those stories — balancing enterprise strategy with local personality across the country. In this role, you’ll enjoy:
