Responsibilities
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and account-related questions.
- Review account balances and explain charges, payments, and financial responsibilities.
- Support payment collection efforts while maintaining a professional and empathetic customer experience.
- Verify insurance information and assist with coverage-related questions.
- Help patients understand payment options and financing programs.
- Process account updates and maintain accurate records in company systems.




- Follow healthcare and compliance guidelines when handling sensitive information.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and attendance goals.

Requirements
- B2 English level or higher.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is required.
- Experience in medical billing, collections, patient accounts, insurance verification, revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare customer service, or related healthcare support roles.
- Experience handling patient financial responsibilities, billing inquiries, or insurance-related processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with healthcare systems, EMRs, CRMs, or billing platforms is a plus.
