We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across multiple technologies, and quickly learning new systems. The idóneo candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, networking, databases, APIs, and integrations.You will play a critical role in customer onboarding, platform operations, data integration support, and technical issue resolution while helping improve automation, documentation, and support processes.This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing into Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Automation, or AI-assisted development and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Incident ManagementEstablish and operate a structured technical support function for customers and internal teams.Own, triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming technical support requests.Investigate issues across:DatabasesCloud infrastructureNetworkingAPIsApplicationsCoordinate escalations with engineering and other technical teams when necessary.Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, root cause, resolution, and next steps.Data Integration & Customer OnboardingSupport onboarding of new customers onto the data platform.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fivetran connectors and data pipelines.Diagnose and resolve:Source connectivity issuesSynchronization failuresCDC (Change Data Capture)
