Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Medellín.
The Financial
Analyst will support clients and internal stakeholders by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and helping drive informed business decisions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, supporting financial reporting cycles, and providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership and CFO teams. Collaboration with cross-functional colleagues in CFO, BPO, and tax services is expected to ensure accurate,
timely, and actionable financial information.
Qualifications
- Strong finance foundation with skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, build financial models, and present clear recommendations.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software); familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective English written and verbal communication in skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in English is crittical and required for client and team communication.
