ServiceNow Product Owner at BairesDev What You’ll Do - Drive product strategy and delivery for ITSM initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

- Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, well‑designed platform solutions.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT processes to ensure reliable platform delivery.

What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in product management.

- Strong platform experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and product management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Employee Center Pro and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management,



executive communication, and requirements facilitation skills.
- Agile product delivery experience including backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and QA/UAT coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To

Have - Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent implementation.

- Background with CMDB, Discovery, and Configuration Management improvement initiatives.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and leadership metrics.
- Exposure to Integration Hub, including Azure AD, Jira, and enterprise integrations.
