Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless travel experience, all while representing a well-known US-based travel brand.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Assist customers with booking and managing their travel reservations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Stay updated with the latest travel policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.




- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while maintaining data privacy.
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach when handling customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Flexibility to work in day and/or night shifts as per business needs.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
