We're looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Senior Content Writer with flawless English and the ability to write clear, persuasive content that gets people to take action.

Somebody has to turn a topic into a blog post that actually gets read, a subject line that gets opened, or a page that gets someone to take action instead of bouncing. That's this role.

You're not filling a content calendar just to keep it full. You're writing things that are meant to make the reader do something next.

The subject matter and platforms may change depending on the business you're supporting. What doesn't change is the expectation that you write for a result, not just to fill space.

What you'll be doing:

- Write SEO-friendly blog content that gets read and moves people toward a decision.
- Write email sequences built to get opened, read, and acted on, not just sent.
- Write website copy that's clear, engaging, and gives people a reason to keep reading.
- Write ad copy for digital platforms with a clear conversion goal in mind.
- Use ChatGPT or similar tools to speed up first drafts, then apply your own editorial judgment to what actually gets published.
- Research topics you don't already know well and turn them into clear, useful content that anyone can understand.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of professional writing experience across blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and/or ad copy.
- A portfolio of published work you can share with us.
- Flawless written English. Grammar, tone, structure, and clarity should be strong enough that your work doesn't need a second pass to fix the basics.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.



You should be comfortable communicating professionally in both languages.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to speed up your workflow, while knowing when to rewrite, challenge, or ignore what the tool produces.
- Able to take a complex or unfamiliar topic and turn it into clear, easy-to-understand content.
- SEO knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.

- If a draft isn't going to land on time, you say so before the deadline, not after
- You follow through on what you said you'd do, without anyone needing to chase you for it
