Scheduler / Patient Services Specialist

We are searching for a Patient Services Specialist, to confirm upcoming patient appointments and address scheduling-related inquiries. These will be some of the responsabilities:

- Provide patients with instructions and preparation guidelines for examinations and procedures.
- Process and manage referrals, including scheduling referral appointments and follow-ups.
- Conduct referral follow-up with referral sources.
- Manage daily routes and coordinate last-minute scheduling adjustments.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Verify and cross-check patient and scheduling data for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter, update, and maintain information within internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets. • Generate reports and summaries to support operational decision-making.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:



• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Healthcare Scheduler or similar role.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in Spanish. • Experience with referrals, route management, and home healthcare operations.
