Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst – Latin America

DFX5 is scaling fast across US, LATAM and the Caribbean, and our sales organization needs a Sales Operations Analyst who turns data into decisions. What You'll Do

As Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the analytical engine behind DFX5's sales organization. This is a hands-on execution role supporting sales leadership and account teams across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Sales Performance & KPI Management

- Own and track all sales KPIs, including pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle length, average deal size, bookings, and quota attainment, by market, account executive, and sales play.
- Prepare the KPI reporting package for weekly sales meetings and for monthly and quarterly management reviews.
- Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for sales leadership.

Forecasting & Pipeline Reporting
- Manage the sales forecast process end to end, consolidating commit, best-case, and pipeline views across markets on a weekly cadence.
- Build and maintain revenue forecasts, reconciling bookings, pipeline, and backlog with Finance's revenue outlook.
- Deliver pipeline reporting in Salesforce (SFDC), including stage progression, deal aging, conversion rates, and net-new pipeline generation.
- Track forecast accuracy over time and refine the methodology to improve predictability.

Dashboards & Sales Intelligence




- Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that give sales leadership real-time visibility into performance.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and sales intelligence on accounts, markets, and sales plays to support go-to-market and account strategy decisions.
- Support sales leadership in preparing materials for executive meetings and AWS partner business reviews.

Salesforce Administration & Data Integrity
- Serve as the day-to-day Salesforce administrator, managing users, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and workflow automation.
- Own CRM data quality by enforcing pipeline hygiene standards (stages, close dates, amounts, next steps) and running regular data audits.
- Train and support sellers on Salesforce best practices and DFX5 sales processes.

Sales Compensation & Commissions
- Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions and incentive payouts in accordance with the DFX5 sales compensation plan.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile the bookings and revenue data behind commission calculations, prepare payout reports for approval, and resolve disputes.
- Model the cost and impact of proposed compensation plan changes to support leadership decisions.

AWS Partner & Co-Sell Operations
- Manage opportunity registration and tracking in AWS ACE (APN Customer Engagements) through AWS Partner Central, keeping ACE and Salesforce data aligned.
- Report on co-sell pipeline, including AWS-referred and partner-originated opportunities, and on progress against AWS partner program commitments.
- Maintain the partner data required for AWS program benefits, funding requests, and tier requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or sales and financial analysis,



preferably in a B2B technology environment.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including building reports and dashboards and performing administrative configuration.
- Proven experience managing sales forecasts and pipeline reporting for a multi-country or multi-segment sales team.
- Experience calculating or administering sales commission and incentive programs.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling) and experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely to senior leaders.
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with AWS ACE, AWS Partner Central, co-sell motions, or other hyperscaler partner programs.
- Experience in technology services, SaaS, or cloud/IT consulting businesses.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, SQL, or commission management platforms.
- Experience supporting sales teams across multiple Latin American and Caribbean markets.
