About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business acquisition for our electrical testing and compliance service. In this remote role, you will be the tip of the spear, proactively connecting with commercial real estate (CRE) property managers, facility leaders, and building owners to demonstrate how thermal imaging identifies hidden risks before they become costly disasters.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (100+ calls per day) to target commercial real estate decision-makers.

- Prospect, cold call, and qualify leads within key CRE verticals (office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties).

- Educate prospective clients on the financial, safety, and operational benefits of infrared thermography for predictive maintenance and building envelope inspections.

- Partner closely with Account Executives to book qualified discovery calls and site demonstration appointments.

- Maintain meticulous records of outreach, conversations,



and prospect details within our CRM.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience (commercial real estate, proptech, or facility services experience is a major plus).

- Proven track record of high call volume and resilience in a fast-paced outbound environment.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

- Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote setting.

- Basic understanding of or strong interest in commercial building systems and predictive maintenance technologies.
