Role Description
The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping functions for Slate Brands. This position manages accounts payable and receivable, processes and records journal entries, assists in preparing financial statements, and maintains accurate financial and accounting records using accounting software. The role includes organizing and updating digital files, tracking invoices and payments,



coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper also handles routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and communication support to ensure smooth operational and financial workflows.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting) to manage day-to-day financial recordkeeping accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support reporting, analysis, and basic financial decision support.
- Candidates should possess skills in Accounting Software to efficiently process transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain organized records.
