At Ricoh Colombia, a integral leader in technology solutions and digital transformation, we are looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Support Specialist with a strong customer focus and fluency in Spanish, English, and French to provide first-level support to our international corporate clients.
? Position Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients by managing service requests, incidents, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the achievement of established service level objectives.
? Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound calls and customer requests in Spanish, English, and French.
✅ Register, manage, and follow up on service requests through resolution.
✅ Coordinate operational requests, supply orders, and equipment repair services.




✅ Manage incidents, customer complaints, and critical cases.
✅ Deliver a positive and efficient customer service experience.
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction programs.
✅ Ensure compliance with service quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
✅ Qualifications
? High school diploma, technical degree, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
? Language Requirements:
Spanish (Native or Advanced)
English B2+ (Required)
French B2+ (Required)
? Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Customer Service
