Do you care about software quality and want to go beyond just writing tests? We're looking for an intermediate QA Automation Engineer who doesn't just automate, but raises the testing bar for the whole team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with product engineers.

? What you'll do:

- Write and pair on automated tests, end-to-end with Playwright and API-level, directly alongside product engineers.
- Coach and mentor engineers on how to write effective automated tests, building the team's testing skill, not just the test suite.
- Act as the team's quality conscience, pushing for tests to be part of the definition of done.
- Extend and maintain our existing test automation framework.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback.
- Investigate test failures and flaky tests, fixing root causes rather than just the symptom.
- Partner with product engineers early in feature development so testability is built in, not bolted on.
- Manage test data and test environment setup to keep automated suites reliable.
- Support pre-release validation and regression testing ahead of deploys.
- Document test patterns,



coverage decisions, and learnings for the wider team.

✅ What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in QA automation or software engineering with a quality focus.
- Strong ability to write production-quality code in the same stack used by product engineers.
- Experience building or extending test automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or other automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems and test reliability concerns.
- Solid understanding of modern software delivery practices.
- Ability to work across teams with different needs and constraints.
- Clear communicator with a pragmatic, improvement-oriented mindset.
