What you will do

- Audit your accounts, build your fix list, prioritize it and execute it.
- Build and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns: budget, audiences, negatives, bidding and attribution.
- Write your own copy, brief the creative and request the landing page changes you need.
- Verify measurement: conversions, pixel and events, GA4, GTM and UTMs.
- Flag problems before the client notices, with a proposal attached.

What you need

- 2 to 4 years running live Google Ads and Meta accounts in parallel.
- You know what a qualified lead is and how it is measured. If you come only from ecommerce and have never touched a CRM, this is not a fit.
- Working GA4 and GTM, solid Excel, and enough English to read numbers and documentation.
- The habit of writing things down and keeping your board current without being asked.
