We are looking for a Legal Writer to support a U.S.-based legal team with Business Immigration cases.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review immigration-related legal documents.
- Conduct U.S. immigration legal research.
- Prepare petitions, letters, and legal arguments.
- Organize and review supporting evidence.
- Assist with RFE responses and case preparation.
- Meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with U.S.
Immigration
Law
.
- Business/Employment Immigration experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Advanced English, especially written.
- Experience drafting legal documents, petitions, motions, or legal letters.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Experience with EB-1, EB-2/NIW, O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, PERM, or I-140 is a plus.
