FUNCTIONS
- Communicate with patients to secure the sale and schedule the diagnostic medical procedure.
- Address concerns and provide information to patients about Sleep Apnea
- Review with the patient the type of coverage that their insurance provides to enhance their home sleep test.
- Documentation of the information provided by the patient about symptoms related to Sleep Apnea.
REQUIREMENTS
- We are looking for empathetic,
multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (b2 onwards), that is, who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values.
- Proficiency in using a computer and general office software tools.
- Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).
- It is important for us to have people with sufficient Emotional Intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement oriented.
