DNA Logistix is looking for Dispatchers to join our team in Barranquilla, supporting a Walmart Last-Mile / Home Delivery account in the United States.
We currently have multiple schedules available to provide coverage across the U.S. Eastern Time operating day, including:
? Daytime Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
? Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET
? PM Shift: Various PM schedules available
? Location: Barranquilla, Colombia.
? Salary: $2.850.000 - $3.000.000. Open to discussion based on experience.
? Contract: Obra y labor during the first year.
You’ll get U.S. holidays off
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for supporting drivers and ensuring smooth daily operations, including:
- Monitoring live routes and driver activity
- Following up with drivers who have not received a load-out
- Checking active routes throughout the shift
- Troubleshooting application and delivery issues in real time
- Communicating updates and issues professionally with the customer
- Coaching new drivers on application usage
- Entering and managing operational data
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying critical issues and escalating them to management when needed.
We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Strong in communication and problem-solving
✅ Comfortable working with drivers and customers
✅ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time schedules
✅ Proficient in English
✅ Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus.
