What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment
- English proficiency: B2 or B2+
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services is a plus, but not required
- Willingness and availability to work on-site in Bogotá (Connecta 26, near Portal El Dorado)
- Start date: October 23rd
