PRAXIS is looking for a Cortex Cloud Consultant – Runtime Security to join a specialized project focused on cloud infrastructure security and cybersecurity .

We are seeking a professional with experience in public cloud environments, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and security technologies , with the ability to develop solutions in complex technology environments and work closely with customers and technical teams.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, and/or GCP Deployment Manager.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems .
- Experience with API automation .
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and applications, particularly those related to cloud infrastructures .
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Data Security .
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and implementation .
- Experience with cloud networking, connectivity, network security, virtualization, and cloud computing .
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards and best practices, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and CIS Benchmarks .
- Experience with container orchestration technologies , preferably Kubernetes and Docker .
- Experience with CI/CD tools , such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Chef, Ansible,



or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Provider solutions , such as Okta, Azure AD, Google, OneLogin, among others.
- Experience in customer-facing roles .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and deliver complex solutions in large customer environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Advanced English proficiency — required for communication with international customers and technical teams.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and related best practices.
- Experience with Python and API automation scripting .
- Experience with additional cloud providers such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Alibaba Cloud .
- Basic knowledge of third-party security infrastructure tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, JIRA, and Tenable .
