A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Lead DevOps governance and promote best practices across software delivery and production support environments
- Ensure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
- Support release management activities, including deployment readiness, testing validation, and rollback planning
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational stability and service reliability
- Collaborate with global DevOps, Operations, Security, and managed service teams to establish and maintain operational standards
- Promote continuous improvement through monitoring, observability,



documentation, and governance practices

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working as a DevOps Engineer supporting development, deployment, and operational environments
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices
- Experience with release management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes
- Experience with monitoring and observability solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- English proficiency C1-C2
- Experience working with integral teams in regulated environments and supporting enterprise-scale technology solutions is desirable
