About the Role: We are looking for an organized, highly communicative Client Project Manager to act as the primary bridge between our clients and our production team creating large orders of custom plush toys. In this role, you will hold our clients’ hands through the entire lifecycle of creating their custom plush- from turning initial design concepts and artwork into physical samples to managing timelines for final bulk production and delivery.

This is not a tech or software project management role; you will be managing physical manufacturing workflows, account timelines, and high-touch customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Onboarding & Sample Management: Guide clients through the initial design intake, translating their visual concepts or brand guidelines into clear physical sampling requests for our factory partner.
- Sample Feedback Iteration: Manage sample revisions by gathering precise, constructive feedback from the client and relaying it clearly to production.
- Bulk Production Tracking:



Oversee production timelines once samples are approved, keeping clients proactively updated on manufacturing progress, quality control checks, and estimated ship dates.
- High-Touch Communication: Maintain frequent, warm, and professional communication via email, occasional phone calls, and messaging platforms to ensure clients feel supported and confident.
- Problem Solving & Logistics Oversight: Troubleshoot minor production delays, material substitutions, or shipping queries directly with clients while setting realistic expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

- Fluency in English: Fluent/C2-level written and spoken English is mandatory. You will be communicating daily with native English-speaking clients in North America and overseas.
- 2+ Years in Client-Facing PM/Account Management: Experience in custom physical manufacturing, promotional products, apparel, or e-commerce client success is a major plus.
- High Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small design discrepancies between a digital mockup and a physical sample photograph.
- Strong Relationship Management: Empathetic, patient communicator who excels at hand-holding clients through multi-week custom production runs.
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Skilled at managing multiple client accounts in parallel using tools like Freshsales CRM, our proprietary backend software, and Slack.
