As Affiliate Security Officer, you will be responsible for leading Information Security at Masiv, ensuring that security is embedded into the business, technology, projects and operational environment. You will act as a trusted security partner to the business, working closely with Technology, Sales, Legal and other key stakeholders to understand business and customer requirements, manage risk and translate security objectives into clear and actionable priorities.

The role combines security leadership, governance, risk management, compliance, incident management and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and security maturity.

You will also work closely with the Global Security organization to align Masiv's local priorities with the broader Proximus Global security strategy, while maintaining the autonomy required to adapt that strategy to the local business context.

What you'll do

- Lead Masiv's Information Security function and strategy, ensuring security is embedded across the business, technology, projects and operations.
- Assess and drive security maturity,



identifying key risks and opportunities for improvement and translating them into a clear, pragmatic and prioritized roadmap.
- Lead security governance, risk and compliance, including the ISMS, ISO 27001, security policies, controls and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead security incident management, coordinating the local response, ensuring appropriate follow-up and driving continuous improvement from lessons learned.
- Partner with Business and Technology, working closely with Sales, Customer teams, Legal, Technology and Infrastructure to address security requirements and balance risk with business priorities.
- Support customer-facing security activities, and security-related discussions.
- Lead and develop the local Information Security team, strengthening capabilities, ownership and security practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Global Security organization, reporting on Masiv's security posture, maturity, risks and roadmap while adapting Group standards and strategic priorities to the local business context.

What we're looking for:

Required Experience

- More than 5 years of experience specifically leading Information Security teams or functions, with demonstrated responsibility for people leadership, strategic direction and decision-making.
- Strong professional experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security governance, risk management and security controls.
- Practical experience with ISO 27001 / ISMS.
- Experience in security risk and incident management.
- Experience developing security strategies, roadmaps and improvement plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business orientation and ability to translate security requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly and effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, both written and spoken, due to the international scope of the role and frequent interaction with global stakeholders.

Nice to Have

- Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services.




- Experience supporting enterprise customers with security requirements, assessments or audits.
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, CPaaS, SaaS or digital communications.
- Experience working in a multinational or globally distributed organization.
- Additional security certifications or experience with recognized security frameworks.
- Experience leading security transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
