Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role

eXp Realty is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to oversee marketing communications strategy and execution. You will serve as the primary liaison between design and creative departments, ensuring all communications maintain accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment while reaching appropriate audience segments. This position requires strong project management capabilities and operational discipline from a detail-oriented professional proficient in AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow and information exchange between design and creative departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of communications.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive marketing communications calendar; monitor delivery timelines, ownership, and resource allocation.




- Conduct quality assurance reviews of all outgoing communications to verify accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and correctness of dates, URLs, event details, and messaging.
- Consolidate content and requirements from internal stakeholders and distribute to appropriate audience segments and distribution lists.
- Administer audience segmentation; execute email marketing campaigns including audience selection, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain centralized marketing knowledge repository within AI platforms (Claude, Gemini) to house templates, offers, event documentation, and content standards.
- Generate marketing content using AI tools from strategic briefs to optimize production efficiency and accelerate campaign delivery.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming marketing requests from sales and agent divisions; coordinate resource allocation and timelines with leadership.
