About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Software Developer who can help build and improve
the company’s software platforms.

What You’ll Do

* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

* Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents

* Support user accounts, system setup, and access management

* Assist employees with technical questions and system usage

* Maintain documentation and support tickets

* Develop and maintain our TMS (Transportation Management System) and other
internal platforms

* Build, test, debug, and improve software solutions

What You Bring

* Experience in IT support, help desk, software development, or a combination

* Knowledge of multiple programming languages

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Ability to understand and work across different technologies

* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
