Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with deep expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) to lead the onboarding and integration of new practices.



This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation across all areas of the revenue cycle for dermatology and plastic surgery clients. The adecuado candidate brings both hands-on billing knowledge and project management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end implementations, identify risks, and ensure operational readiness from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new practices, including system setup, workflow design, and go-live support
- Serve as the RCM subject matter expert, ensuring all billing processes are accurate and optimized
- Oversee all areas of the revenue cycle, including: Charge capture, Coding (CPT/ICD-10), Claims submission, Denials management, A/R follow-up, Patient billing
- Partner with internal teams (Billing, Coding, BI, Training, and Operations) to ensure successful onboarding
- Identify and mitigate risks related to payer setup, credentialing, authorizations, and b
