About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager to take hands‑on ownership of the operational processes that keep a growing investment fund platform running accurately and efficiently.

This is a specialized fund operations role with responsibility across the monthly NAV cycle, fund accounting, investor transactions, KYC/AML, capital activity, investor reporting, management‑company accounting, fund launches, and external provider coordination.

You will work closely with the Head of Operations and serve as a trusted operational partner capable of independently managing critical fund processes from beginning to end.

This is not a traditional back-office role. You will have significant ownership, direct exposure to investors and leadership, and the opportunity to improve and automate fund operations as the platform scales.
