Technical Support & Data Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and versatile Technical Support & Data Integration Engineer to support our growing cloud-based data and analytics platform and expanding customer base.

This is not a traditional help desk role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across multiple technologies, and quickly learning new systems. The adecuado candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, networking, databases, APIs, and integrations.

You will play a critical role in customer onboarding, platform operations, data integration support, and technical issue resolution while helping improve automation, documentation, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Incident Management




- Establish and operate a structured technical support function for customers and internal teams.
- Own, triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming technical support requests.
- Investigate issues across:
- Databases
- Cloud infrastructure
- Networking
- APIs
- Applications
- Coordinate escalations with engineering and other technical teams when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, root cause, resolution, and next steps.

Data Integration & Customer Onboarding
- Support onboarding of new customers onto the data platform.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fivetran connectors and data pipelines.
- Diagnose and resolve:
- Source connectivity issues
- Synchronization failures
- CDC (Change Data Capture) issues
- Data ingestion and transformation problems
- Validate successful operation of data pipelines and integrations in collaboration with engineering teams.
