We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP implementation initiatives, with a strong focus on Financials and Accounting processes.

The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record of leading ERP implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Project Management
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate implementation activities across Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other business functions.
- Establish project governance, track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and changes throughout the implementation lifecycle.




- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Financials & Accounting Implementation
- Lead or coordinate the implementation of Financial and Accounting modules and processes within the ERP.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand current-state processes, identify requirements, and define future-state workflows.
- Translate accounting and business requirements into ERP functional requirements and implementation activities.
- Support the design and validation of processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Purchasing, Sales, and other financially relevant processes.
- Ensure ERP workflows generate accurate accounting entries and appropriately integrate operational transactions with the General Ledger.
