About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound BDR / Cold Caller to support business development efforts for U.S.-based companies.

This is a hands-on outbound calling role focused on connecting with businesses, identifying the right decision-makers, generating interest, and creating qualified sales opportunities. The adecuado candidate is comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone and can communicate naturally and confidently with U.S.-based prospects.

Success in this role requires a combination of strong call activity, quality conversations, persistence, and the ability to navigate organizations to reach the appropriate contacts.

What You'll Do
- Make consistent outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers.
- Identify and connect with the appropriate contacts within target companies.
- Engage prospects in professional, natural conversations to understand their needs and determine potential interest.




- Navigate gatekeepers and organizational structures to reach relevant decision-makers.
- Maintain a high and consistent level of outbound activity while prioritizing call quality and meaningful conversations.
- Accurately log calls, outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Send basic follow-up emails and requested information after conversations with prospects.
- Follow up with interested or previously contacted prospects when appropriate.
- Maintain organized records and ensure opportunities and next steps are properly documented.
- Learn the terminology, products, and services needed to communicate credibly with prospects.
- Collaborate with the team and provide visibility into call activity, prospect feedback, and results.
