We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of enterprise-level applications, helping us deliver seamless and innovative omnichannel shopping experiences for our Members.

You will collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, QA teams, and other technology professionals to build scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions using modern development practices and Agile methodologies.

What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Full Stack Development

- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components for enterprise-level retail applications.
- Develop server-side applications and services using technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs to support business and application needs.
- Integrate applications with microservices and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to support application functionality and performance.
- Contribute to scalable and secure solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Support the integration of omnichannel solutions across digital and physical touchpoints.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development standards and best practices.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full application stack.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, QA teams, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning,



and collaborative development.
- Contribute to technical discussions and help identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and user experience.

AI-Assisted Development

- Leverage AI tools and techniques to support application development and improve productivity.
- Work with AI APIs and contribute to incorporating AI capabilities into front-end and back-end services.
- Apply AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, considering data privacy and responsible AI practices.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in full stack software development, ideally with exposure to retail or e-commerce environments.
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end development technologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and modern software development practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing and application performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Interest in AI-assisted software development and emerging technologies.
